Each monthly gathering is designed to support your journey to “resourcing” her and “re-sourcing” yourself.

Hosted at the beautiful new studio at Gathering Essence in the heart of Edinburgh (EH1). Rooted in reverence for the body’s innate intelligence and in the science of Biodynamics, their teachings offer a toolkit for conscious living that can be applied to everyday life to nourish body, mind and spirit.
